Colin Patterson
Chairman

Colin has forty years of experience in the mining industry. He has held directorial and executive management positions at numerous private and publicly listed mining and exploration companies and has operated and managed projects worldwide. Most recently he was executive Chairman of a Philippine listed gold producer, Apex Mining.
He is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Engineering (Mining), a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Business Economics (Finance) and has a Diploma of Company Directorship (Australia).

Simon Humphreys
Chief Executive Officer

Simon has twenty-five years of increasing responsibility in regional and global business. Specialist in start-up business’ and management of multi-disciplined
Companies, with a distinct focus on commercial exploitation. A proactive desire to deliver fundamental change through better business initiatives and driven with high energy levels. Entrepreneurial bias resulting in pioneering “thinking” for business and marketing, resulting in large returns on investment.

Nigel Roberts
National Manager UK & Europe

Nigel is an innovative MBA qualified business professional with a comprehensive range of skill sets, developed within the manufacturing and service industry over 30 years as both SME owner and plc board member.  Nigel is an open-minded strategic thinker and receptive to exploring new ideas, even radical ones, as well as processing the ability to manage multi-disciplined projects, and navigate industry challenges to deliver solutions to organisational challenges.

Enryf Calapatia
Chief Technology Officer

Enryf has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Over 12 years of engineering design experience. Working with Iren Dornier Aircraft in the Philippines designing and building components for their pioneer 2-seater composite aircraft. Enryf has worked with Sidel Conveying Industries and developed bespoke solutions for clients, he has designed and built prototypes for iVapps both valves and service tools.
Enryf’s core competency – is a professional Solidworks designer, both in mechanical and in stress simulations. His experience also covers work with foundries, machining centres, plastic and rubber moulding, fabricators and 3d printers.

Stuart Kemp
Chief Financial Officer

Stuart is an MBA qualified Chartered Accountant with thirty (30) years of experience working across various industry sectors (including Manufacturing, Consultancy, ICT, Insurance, Health, Forestry and Marketing) in senior Financial, Operational and General Management roles (within Supply Chain management and as both CFO and CEO) for some of the largest companies within their regions across the UK, New Zealand and within Asia.
As a Partner in a Management Consulting firm he has gained significant experience in working with both start-ups and SMEs – where he utilises his particular interest in delivering effective change management to both enhance their business processes and improve their market positioning as facilitators during their growth phase.

Freddie Romaniuk
Sales Director

Freddie Romaniuk has twenty-nine years’ in water utility infrastructure management. FR operates as a Water Management Lead within a company or organisation to define strategy; this involves a combination of deep industry experience, vision and the ability to translate complex thoughts and ideas into a meaningful and coherent plan, present the ideas to both technical and non-technical team members and provide coaching and mentoring to carry them out. FR experience in water management has been drawn from a wide range of industries; airports, sports stadia, pharmaceutical, universities and manufacturing. Using Data Loggers since 1990 has always been key pert in achieving successful results. FR designed bespoke software on water profiles and costing to assist in presenting, setting and measuring targets in a clear and easily understood way.
Over the last 28 years FR has been directly advising some of the UK’s largest companies on water management strategies. In the early years, when water was inexpensive and sustainability was not considered an issue, the challenge was convincing companies that financial savings could be achieved by implementing basic water management strategies using data telemetry.
